As a lifelong Montanan, Jerry Jordan brings a deep understanding of Montana's unique real estate market. Born and raised in Butte and spending summers in Polson by Flathead Lake, Jerry has a true appreciation for the state's diverse landscapes and outdoor lifestyle, from snowmobiling and skiing in the winter to water sports in the summer. His love for Montana is matched by his professional background and dedication to helping clients find their perfect properties.
A graduate of Montana State University with a degree in math and physics, Jerry’s career began in the construction industry. He worked with his father’s construction company, gaining expertise in mine reclamation, heavy equipment operations, and business management, where he rose to roles as foreman, superintendent, estimator, and comptroller. This extensive experience in construction and project management has provided him with valuable skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and understanding the technical aspects of real estate transactions.
Jerry’s interest in real estate started during his construction career, and after retirement, he decided to further explore his passion for helping people with their property needs. He initially obtained his real estate salesperson's license and quickly realized how much he enjoyed working with clients. Motivated to provide even more value, Jerry earned his Broker's license and eventually obtained his supervising broker endorsement. He partnered with Ben Cannon to open three United Country Real Estate offices in Montana, expanding their reach and offering unparalleled service to clients across the region.
With a diverse background in construction, business management, and entertainment, Jerry is uniquely skilled at relating to a wide variety of clients. He specializes in residential properties, lakefront homes, off-grid properties, country homes, log cabins, vacation homes, and other lifestyle properties throughout western Montana, including the Butte and Polson areas.
